Morgan's room

One private room with a shared bathroom (with one other roommate) will be available for one individual starting March 1st. There is one garage spot for parking, washer/dryer, and A/C. All common areas are shared, but please be clean and respectful. No smoking or pets. Rent will be $1,153 a month, not including utilities. Utilities are usually around $150 a month in the summer and a little less in the winter, since we like to have the A/C on in the summer. There is also a security deposit of $1,153. We are 2 females in our 30s and we like to occasionally visit breweries or wineries. We enjoy finding good trivia spots or having a quiet movie night in. We would love to find someone who we get along well with, but we also don’t mind if you prefer to keep to yourself. All we ask is that you are clean, respectful, and pay your bills on time.
