Currently looking for a roommate around late 20’s to early 30’s (no couples only females) to move in as early as March. I will be subleasing the second room in a 2 bed 2 bath complex. This beautiful room is connected with a large walk-in closet with plenty of room for storing clothing items etc and a private bathroom and yes you will obtain the bigger room. Upon request, your room can be furnished/unfurnished. Pricing of bedroom furniture can be discussed upon arrival. The living space is currently furnished, but it will revert to an unfurnished state upon the departure of the future roommate. If you’re interested in purchasing the furnishings, please let me know. Otherwise, rest assured that I will continue to manage all furnishings as part of the arrangement. Brand new apartments located in the Arden Area. In terms of amenities, this complex comes with a 24 hour gym, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse, and office rooms to study in, which by the way is also great for study hall/work purposes. Unfortunately, my roommate will be moving out due to the commute for work which will leave me needing to seek out a potential roommate. My ideal roommate would be someone that is more on the introverted side, no smoking, working professional and possibly college student like myself. In addition, someone who is super clean/tidy and no drama. I value open and honest communication. If there are any concerns or issues, I encourage discussing them openly and constructively. Let’s keep the lines of communication open to address any matters that may arise. Please note that, unfortunately I cannot accommodate pets in the living at this time. PayStubs and some sort of consistent stream of income will be asked upon request along with decent/good credit. Rent $1100 and utilities will be $80-$120.

A little bit about myself is I’m a homebody in my late 20’s currently attending CSUS on top of my full time work schedule. (hybrid with work from time to time). As a first-generation Vietnamese individual, my ideal roommate would be someone with a comparable background to mine, if not exactly the same but again I’m open to all races. Aside from my busy schedule, I like to workout, binge on Power and make nonstop trips to Target.
