Safe quiet neighborhood and not far from I-5, bus routes, and cool stuff. House is a bit dilapidated but functional and working on it. Just installed new bathroom fan. New washer and dryer what more do you need. Newer roof and warm gas fireplace. Some storage outside for bikes but only covered and out of site, not indoor storage space.
2 other “basic” people to live with. Bathroom would be shared with me but I keep it very clean even sit each time. Request keep kitchen clean at end of each day. No pets in house. I travel and work remotely and other housemate is mostly gone and works 6 days a week outside the house. Not ideal for having guests over much as privacy is limited. No additional rooms will be rented, me and you and the other person is the owner and she is cool with other side of house being used including the extra room for exercise and a desk.
