Clayton Street

Hello! My roommate and I have a large room open in our apartment in the Cole Valley neighborhood in San Francisco that’s available starting in April. The neighborhood is very safe and beautiful. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from N-train station at Cole and Carl St, as well as a bunch of restraunts, coffee shops, and stores.

The room is big (150sq ft). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (TV, couch, internet, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, etc.). Utilities are fixed and less than $100 a month. We have a great landlord that’s very nice and responsive to any repairs, all of which are free of charge.

I am 25-year-old guy who works in finance here in San Francisco. My roommate is 24 and works in tech. We’ve been living at this apartment for a year and a half and have loved it. Our current third roommate is moving out at the end of the month and we are looking for someone to take his spot.
