Choice of two rooms - basement room 12x12 feet or upstairs room 11x13 feet. Both rooms are furnished with a twin bed, desk and dresser. Furniture can be moved if needed. Full beautiful kitchen with gas stove and granite countertops. No smokers.

I am the owner and am a 53 year old active woman with 2 friendly cats and a dog. I am socially liberal and believe in vaccinations. I work from home, do yoga, work out and like to hang out with friends. I am drug free. I clean every 2 weeks. I am quiet and respectful.
