(Updated!) Roommates needed ASAP: by February 9th! Don’t let this this awesome house and location pass you by! Two rooms opening up on March 1st for flexible leases (1 yr preferred) in Beautiful Ballston Townhome/Rowhouse - 1 block from the Ballston mall! 3 blocks from the metro! No pets allowed unfortunately. Men are preferred, but open to any. My two roommates are leaving for adventures in new cities, so I need two roommates stat, but our house is amazing. Will post pictures of the actual rooms tonight or tomorrow! Standby while I’m getting pics of them empty from the owner. Room 1 - (Reduced! $1750) Master BR, super nice walk in closet, huge room with large walkable wood balcony that overlooks the common interior walkway of all the other row houses(front facing). The view is quite nice. Has a fan, and updated bathroom. BR # 2 - ($1550) on the 2nd floor, pretty spacious bedroom with a nice bay window, a perfect spot for a desk! Also has a closet or two, and has the bathroom with shower/tub inside. [Update: potential roommate found! M25] House is from the 60s/70s and has two dedicated free parking spots inside the garage beneath the row of row houses. All the neighbors are mostly elderly or family and quite nice! There is a very large church parking lot behind the house and so if guests come over they can always park for free!

The only roommate staying on is me: my name is Jonathan (33). I’m a recent Georgetown Master’s Graduate. I’m an army vet and love hanging out outdoors, hitting the gym, and reading!
