ROOM FOR RENT - $685 is the all inclusive total cost with utilities, internet, everything.

There is a comfy room for rent in a large house in North Apopka waiting for you. =-) It is a private bedroom in the house with good closet space and a shared bathroom. Please note there is another bathroom in the house that can also be used as needed.

The home has a lot of common area space (two living room/sitting room type areas, two dining spaces, the kitchen, washer and dryer in a nice laundry room, internet, yard space, porch, patio, and more). There is a large projector on the wall instead of a TV in the living room, so that’s pretty fun! A TV or projector is in every common area room. I am trying to start gardening indoor and outdoor, so that’s why there is a plant station in the den in the photos.

The neighborhood is great. It is perfect for someone looking for a quiet, safe, friendly atmosphere.

Ideally you’re interested in a 3 month lease upfront and month to month after that. I’m interested in a long term renters or at 3 months minimum renters.

If you like keeping a clean space, positive energy, and you are happy living with an introvert personality, then we should get along great. I am introverted socially but I also love to sing and dance and create content, so I do those things around the house sometimes. =-)

There is a $75 application fee and a one time $250 deposit upfront. Rent is $685 all inclusive. If you have a pet, we can discuss details and see if the pet will be a good fit. If so, there would be an additional pet deposit.
