Entire basement rental unit, 1 bed 1 bath, with full kitchen and large living space and storage – available March 1st with a flexible move in date. The basement includes a one bedroom with attached private bathroom, a kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge, a bar height eating space, and a living/office space.

The entrance to the house leads directly to a door that separates the basement space, making it perfect for privacy! Laundry (washer and dryer) are shared on the main floor. The neighborhood is in between Parker and Castle Rock and you will have access to the seasonal community pool. Street parking only.

Unit can come furnished for an additional cost or can be unfurnished. Pool table will be removed unless otherwise requested to stay.

Rent is $1,600/month which includes all utilities (including internet). Flexible terms will be considered on a case-to-case basis, ideally hoping for a long-term lease agreement. A credit/background check may be asked to be completed and references given. One month’s rent ($1,600) is due as the security deposit to secure the space. First month’s rent is due day of move in.

You’ll be sharing the space with young adult male and older adult female and a sweet middle-age dog who both sleep on the top floor and work outside of the house. Looking for someone that is clean, respectful, independent and easy to get along with!
