This is a 3 bed/bath townhome, the room for rent is a master bedroom located on the 1st floor (same floor as the laundry room and garage). The kitchen and living room is on the 2nd floor. Utilities are separate from rent, they vary from $50 to $70 at most times but during the summer, you can expect it to be at around $90. WiFi is included with super fast internet too! There is plenty of close parking because it requires a permit. The permit is $50 a year. Luckily, I already paid for it so I can transfer it over with no charge. This is located in a very quiet/peaceful area in Irvine. It is 5 minutes away from the District and the Crossroads Plaza, 15 min away from UCI, and 7 min away from the Diamond Plaza on Jamboree. It is also 10 min away from the 405 fwy and 5 min away from the 5 fwy. The home is hardwood floor all around with stainless steel appliances. Room is fully furnished with abed frame, mattress with mattress topper, mini fridge, TV and desk with monitor mounts. Please let me know if you don’t want any of these! We can sell it but wanted to give the option anyway.

My fiancé and I moving in together so I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease. 😊The room is clean and ready for move in as soon as February 5th, 2024. There are two males living in the bedrooms upstairs. They pretty much keep to themselves and work from home at times.
