Michelle's room

This is a 5 bedroom house with 4 existing tenants. The roomies are 3 working professionals & 1 college student. One is moving out mid-Feb, hence we have 1 room available for rent. The room is decent size with large window for light & fresh air. Rent includes all utilities, including strong wifi for your WFH needs (if applicable). We have central heat/AC, and laundry on site. You’ll have your own bathroom and 1 parking spot on the driveway. We share the kitchen, the living room, and the laundry room.

The roomies are all males. We’re mostly quiet on the day-to-day due to work/school nature, yet social when there’s a get-together. We’re reasonable folks looking for a reasonable roomie to share the living situation with long-term.
