I am renting out an extra bedroom in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment I just moved in at the Drake at St. Pete. This place is a gated, very safe city and within walking distance of malls. Prices include utilities, high speed internet, some household items, etc… Your bedroom can be 1(~$850) or 2(~$1150) occupancy. A $500 security deposit and 1 month’s rent need to be paid at the time of move-in. Dogs and cats are additional fees and screened by a 3rd party. This is a nonsmoking and drug-free property. Outdoor shoes must be left on the shoe shelf. You can wear indoor slippers or walk barefoot inside on a clean floor. There is a security camera pointing at the entrance from the living room/kitchen for everyone’s protection. You don’t need to qualify for the income (since I already qualified by myself) but must pass a background check done by the apartment management since you will be added to the lease.
