Very clean house. Garage may be used for parking if not taken up. Wash and dryer in garage. If you are a smoker there is a smoker area by the road. Price includes everything. You will be on a month to month lease but if you like it here and want longer 6 months are a year we can talk no problem.

We are not a party house. but still have fun and go out so i come home late sometimes. We like to shot pool. I myself do concerts I like live events. My roommate go out sometimes. We don’t mind company but we are not a party house. If you are a smoker there an area for smoking in the front no smoking in the house. I have no roommates right now just me and my gf 2 dogs that stay outside most of the time. And a cat that’s a hairless cat so no hair on her if you ate allergic.
