We are looking for an older Christian female tenant to help offset the cost of rent in this gorgeous home near historic Downtown Sanford accross from Lifeway church and next to Grace Fellowship. The rental company raises the rent every year. We’d like to stay, but in order to stay we need some help. The move-in date would be in March. The company has given permission. The tenant would have the master bedroom downstairs and personal bathroom shower and huge walk-in closet all unfurnished, clean, and empty. My husband, 5 yr old son and I will have the bedrooms upstairs. We keep the house nice and tidy. I will post the zillow link of the home so you can see all the information on it.
