My name is Mario and I have a single room available on one side of my house that you can have. There are 2 rooms with closets; and a full shared bathroom on that side. One roommate occupies one room, so the other is available. I have a husky but she is super nice. I work from home, and my work space is in my room on the other side of the house. I also have two living rooms, and a large backyard. The other roommate is really clean and really busy also; not home too much.

It will be available May 1st.

I am super clean in our shared space I am super chill, I play videogames and enjoy cooking and yoga and the gym. You won’t have to pay for any utilities. Just the rent. We may split Electricity in the summer but let’s talk about it! I live in North PHX off the 101 and 17. Everything is open for discussion. There is a full bath with his and hers sinks on that side of the house. Also if you have a dog, they’d be fine while I’m home all day, if you can’t be. I’m friendly and accommodating for your situation and we can workout whatever details come with it! :)

As far as things I provide: all city services, water, taxes, trash etc. I do have the highest speed internet available (I am a gamer), full laundry, I buy all the dish soap, paper towels, laundry soaps, trash bags etc. I try really hard to provide everything for you and especially in our shared space. If you need storage, I do have a shed in the back that is empty plus a garage.

I will be showing the space now until it is occupied and looking for a year commitment lease. Finding a roommate is stressful tbh :P You can pay June’s rent before or after you move in. The other roommate is not home too much but she is really nice and energetic and clean. She is in her 30’s.
