Stadium Road

The apartment is at Usquare, just off of campus making it an extremely easy commute for students and is located directly next to a large food court. The apartment is affordable and includes a full kitchen, full bathroom shared with two other roommates, included water, trash removal and parking. It also comes with two pretty cool roommates who are adorable cats and their owners who are cool too.

I am a 21-year-old recent college graduate; I just got a new job and am moving closer to that location and looking to sublease this space. I will not be there and would be giving you my room. I do have two roommates a man, 21 years old named Ray who is a university student and works in hospice care he is an avid video game player and very relaxed as a roommate. My other roommate is a 21-year-old woman Named Margaret who is also a University Student and working at a rehab center. She is extremely nice and very caring. Both will not cause you any trouble as roommates I am sure but they also would like to meet any potential roommates so I would get you their contact information if interested.

There are two cats in the apartment (trouble and spider) they are adorable and extremely charming and tbh I would move in purely for the cats if nothing else. Any other questions please ask!
