✅ $1200/mo includes all utilities (except wifi) ✅ $1200 deposit ✅ Available to move in 12th Mar (I’m looking for someone who can move in 15 Mar at the latest) ✅ Minimum lease 6 months (non-negotiable) up to 1 year ✅ Only available for one person living ✅ perfect size for a single person ✅ Great location in DTLA close to groceries, bars, cafes, etc ✅ 5 min walk to train, all the bus stop ✅ No pets, No smoking ✅ AC and heater in the room ✅ Washer/dryer in the building ✅ No parking in the building but there’s a paid parking place right next to the building ✅ Security building ✅ small fridge, microwave, blackout screen ✅ originally unfurnished. But I’m looking for someone who will take all my furniture for $500. basically most of them that you can see in the pictures. (Bed, desk, chair, dresser, drawer, utility cart, shelves, mini oven, air fryer, electric kettle, water filter, bathroom organizers, kitchenware, etc) ✅ You can also take my t-mobile wifi ($50/mo) if you want ✅ Total move in $2900

Also I want you to know that I’m just introducing you to the original sublessor. You’ll make a contract with them. But you’ll trade the furniture with me.
