The property itself is nothing special, but the location is desirable and easy access to everything. The primary and secondary schools, along with the high school are within walking distance. The centennial trail is a 5 minute drive IF there is school traffic. Downtown snohomish is just down the hill, a beautiful walk in any weather that suites your liking. We are gone a LOT so this is a lot less in rent than average, pretty much swapping the house day and night. We work days and you work nights and we’ll never see each other. Not set on females only, open to the right couple. Cost will be 850 if a couple were to move in.

We are a couple with 2 girls in the home and 1 cat. Looking most for a single parent with a child or two looking for somewhere affordable to stay. We are from abuse backgrounds ourselves so should that be something that you’ve been through, we’re understanding and supportive. We like to sit back and relax in our free time watching TV and movies or more often sleeping. We are eventually looking to move so this may be an opportunity for someone to get on the lease at some point
