From August to July of 2025 rent will be raised slightly to $800. You will have the option to renew your lease in the apartment if you so choose to stay in it after the lease is up in 2025. The apartment is extremely spacious, about 755sq feet, with a large balcony. It is a pet friendly apartment with a nice backyard space and very close to the greenway in Boone! The unit has a large bedroom, a bathroom with a tub, spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area and the kitchen includes a stove/oven, refrigerator, plenty of cabinet space, and of course plumbing. Water is included in the rent, maintenance is quick and helpful, and the apartments are within walking distance of many stores, restaurants, and the greenway/rec center. This is a wonderful unit, extremely spacious and well priced for being in the heart of Boone! You have the option to sublease from April to the end of July (which will be cheaper without a security deposit) but you can also renew your lease from Aug-July 2025!

Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. These units do not include washer/dryer hookups. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per approved pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases. Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $600 refundable security deposit is due.
