A charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home provides a spacious and welcoming shared living environment. My cats Graceson & Mini along with myself, own this home and take pride in maintaining a comfortable atmosphere. We currently have a few considerate roommates, Scott and Michelle.

The only available room($850/month;) is on the first floor near the kitchen. It has a semi-private 3/4 bathroom. What I mean by semi-private is that only the downstairs bedroom uses that bathroom to shower, but because it is on the main floor at times people will use that bathroom instead of going upstairs. But most of the time each bedroom sticks with their own designated bathrooms.

I both work full-time jobs, as does Scott and Michelle. but we are easy-going people who enjoy the company of like-minded, responsible professionals who are striving for their goals and who also enjoy their me time.
