The house is located in a safe neighborhood near downtown Conroe, it is about a 5 minute drive and also located close to The Woodlands which is about a 15 minute drive. The room is on the 2nd floor which is also where the laundry is located which is very convenient. There is an upstairs bathroom which is shared and a half bathroom downstairs which is also available to use. The property is located in a cul de sac with plenty of parking available.
