KATHIE's room

The house is two levels. On the bottom is a living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room and garage. The room that is available is upstairs. There is a large bathroom which will be shared with one other housemate. There is also a half bath down stairs. The house is on 2.5 acres and there is plenty of off street parking. The garage has some storage space for bikes, etc., but not for a car. The yard is huge. No pets please.

Looking for a third Housemate. Currently the house is occupied by two male housemates in their 30’s. We share the utilities. We keep the place clean and neat. We are respectful and quiet. We work locally. Background and Credit check are required.
