I am looking for a roommate in this spacious and unique apartment in Candler Park. It is only a 2 minute drive/ 10 min walk from Little Five Points. There is a Marta train station about a 15 min walk as well. This apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with washer and dryer in unit. There is also a parking lot and a pool. Freedom park is right behind the complex. The rent for the room in the video is $875 a month plus ~50-70 in utilities. Available for a March 1st move in date.
