It’s a 2 bed two bath. I am moving to Austin and seeking someone to take over my lease. The room can fit a queen bed with a dresser nightstand etc. It has a walk-in closet and a separate bathroom. The living room and kitchen come fully furnished. The only furniture you’ll need is for the room itself. There’s also a in-unit washer and dryer.
My roommate is a friend of mine from college. He is very clean and mainly keeps to himself. He enjoys going out on the weekends and playing pc games. He works 8-5 so from those times he’s not home on the weekend so it’s quite if you work from home.
