This townhome is absolutely beautiful! And you would get your own two rooms each have own closet plus two smaller closest in the upstairs area + own bathroom. I would keep the master and pay majority of utilities. It’s in an amazing area and has access to gym , outdoor pool, and hotub! There is a garage and two parking spaces and garage has room for storage as well.

my names Lindsey I’m 21 years old I have two jobs I serve at a nearby brewery and I also work in the old mill! So most my time I am hard at work and with the rest of my time I’m a very chill person I don’t have people over in big groups nor do I like a noisy house .
