The townhouse was build 7 months ago and our roommate is moving out. The property has 3 rooms and 2 full bathroom , two half bathroom. We are a couple and you will have your own bathroom and kitchen access. Very quiet place and plenty parking space. We looking for a single or a couple. Must be clean and respectful, no pets allow or smoking in the property. Rent rate is different if couple are interested. Bills are included, internet, electric and water.
