Looking for a housemate to share comfortable home in quite neighborhood in Shakopee. Room is available starting February, move-in date is flexible. You will be sharing the home with myself, who is gone most of the time due to my occupation. The house is a split level with a two car garage, lots of windows and hardwood floors. Your room would be overlooking a pictureque 2 acre yard. Bedroom is a decent size with two windows and enough space to fit a full bed and dresser. Lots of closet space. Shared full baths are on the second floor and lower level, shared common spaces are mostly furnished but space can be arranged for your furnishings. The shared spaces are cozy and include: living room and dining room, large kitchen, tv room, yard, and laundry room. Washer/dryer in house. Parking space available in garage, room for bicycle storage and other items in shed. The location is perfect with quick access to I-169 and shopping just around the corner, lots of parks in the neighborhood.

The only resident of the property is myself. I’m on the road frequently and work the most of the week. Most of my time when I’m at home, I’m working on the computer or running errands. I enjoy being outside.
