We — as a promise to you — will continue to maintain the environment and your financials of living in the home as significantly better than one in which you would living alone (ceteris paribus). Residents current and future have near OCD-level cleanliness and organization (not aspiring or one time in the distant past), thoughtfulness towards others and the home, and exceptional manners and organization. A place where friendships are built — not typical roommate tensions. 🏡
