Sterling Place

Queit area, close to Embry Riddle and Daytona College! Female student preffered! Bathroom shared with another female student who keeps the place clean. Kitchen shared also. Room is private with key. Entrance right from the main door.

The house has kind of two units. On one side I have brother and sister. The young man uses his own kitchenette and his own entrance. He shares bathroom with his sister. In the main unit there are two private rooms. One is occupied by a female Embry Riddle student, who keeps the place neat and clean. The other room is for rent. It is the first room from the main entrance and adjacent to kitchen and living room. Basic furniture included. Bills included
