Seeking two roommates to share the main floor of a 3500 square foot partially furnished home. The private living space for one roommate would include a master bedroom suite with a private 3/4 bathroom and a walk in closet. The private living space for the second roommate includes a bedroom with a second room for a private office, as well as a full bathroom. The shared space for the two main-floor roommates includes a large fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped laundry room, living/dining room, central heating and air-conditioning, heat stove, east and west deck, and a generous parking area. (Total living space on the main level is 1750 square feet) The home sits on an acre of land with a beautiful view of the Rockies and the Continental Divide, and is within 5 miles of I-25 off the Windsor exit (#262) or the Harmony Road exit to south Fort Collins. The home is being rented at a discount due to the current construction of new Windsor public facilities near the home, with a 3-6 month lease availability. Monthly short term rent is $1200 per person, which includes all utilities - electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash removal. Verizon 5G high-speed internet is available if desired (currently $60/month), but is not included in rental amount. The tenant will be responsible for any internet, as well as internet-based TV service if they so desire.

A mature professional couple (owners) reside on the lower level of the home with their own private south entry from the garden level patio. The lower level has it’s own amenities and is completely separate from the main floor living area. One of us works from home, the other outside of the home. We are a quiet couple who enjoy the outdoors, sunsets and nature.
