Evelyn's room

Private bathroom with vanity and walk in closet. Bedroom has 3 windows bring in lots of sunlight during the day. Living room and kitchen is shared would like someone who’s tidy and respectful. Street parking only and no laundry on site.

One other roommate on the property but they stay in the basement they don’t spend time in the common areas or go to the upper level where the bedrooms are. I’m on the property 24/7 and I’m a quiet individual. I would prefer a Spanish speaker since that’s my first language.
