Seth's room

Room for rent, about an 8 minute walk from downtown, in my favorite Northampton neighborhood :). We want to fill the room for March, but it’s currently empty, so if an earlier move works for you, please let us know! The rent is $725 with utilities included (electric, gas, water, wifi).

The three current housemates are in their mid-twenties, make art, work, and have the occasional guest over. A safe, supportive space for queer housemates is a bare minimum for us. We’d love to live with anyone who communicates well and is respectful of others. We currently share chores on a rotation.

The room has nice, natural light and wooden floors. Its main feature is the huge walk-in closet! There’s coin-operated laundry in the basement as well as extra storage space. There’s off-street parking, but only two spots, so we’ll come up with a system that works for everyone’s needs.
