We live in a safe and quiet community with a great location 10 minutes from GA-400, 141 and 10 minutes from downtown Alpharetta, Avalon, Halcyon, and North Point Mall with awesome shops and restaurants. The home is renovated with new paint, carpets/flooring, and bathroom!

We are looking for a roommate in the 20s to 30s age range who is responsible, very clean, quiet, and respectful of others. Male is preferred as you will be sharing a hall bathroom with another male roommate (who is awesome and we have roomed with for the past 2 years). No couples, children, or families; no pets or smoking.

Additional details:

• Rent of $700 per month, due on the 1st of the month
• Utilities (water, internet, gas and power) are split amongst all tenants (generally ~$50-100 per month)
• Refundable security deposit of $700 (will be refundable upon move-out if no damages)
• Credit (680+), background check, and proof of income are required
• No wearing shoes in the house
• Work with the other roommate to keep your shared bathroom clean
• The house comes with full kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and fully furnished common spaces.
