Julia's room

Looking for a roommate to live with me in my 2 Bed 1 Bath apartment in Los Feliz! I have currently been living here for a year and my last roommate recently moved out. It is a quiet building on a family street.

The rent is $1200/month each and parking is included, although there is usually plenty of street parking, as well. Water and trash pickup are included, but gas, electric and internet are additional. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed, as much as I would love to have one.

I am looking to have someone move in for May 1st!

My name is Julia and I am 25 years old. I moved to LA from Boston just over a year ago and absolutely love it. I am currently a young professional that works from home, but I am hoping to find a job that works from an office soon. I am fairly independent, but would love to be able to do things together. I love staying in and watching movies, although my old roomie had the TV, so hopefully you have one (: (not a requirement!) It is very important to me to keep common areas clean and tidy, but you can obviously be however you please in your own room!
