We would like to find someone who can move in on or before April 1, 2024, in upstairs part of NE Portland duplex.

House is 2-bath, 4-bed (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs) in close-in Eliot near public transit with multiple grocery stores and coffee shops within walking distance.

House has washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, any kitchen appliances you’d want to use, shared backyard with neighbors (duplex) and a very sweet cat named Róisín (a.k.a. Raisin).

J is the sole leaseholder; landlord lives off-site but is very responsive. J is a woman in her late 30s with one 3yo cat. She works from home Monday through Friday, typical day hours, and has the two downstairs rooms, using one as a home office so quiet during the day is important. She has lived in the house for over a decade and has no plans to leave currently.

K is mid-30s, non-binary, and lives in one of the upstairs bedrooms. They work at a retail store 5 days a week. They are looking to move abroad in the fall.
