I have a new three bedroom three bathroom townhouse in downtown Gilbert all bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and walk-in closets along with a two car garage. This is also a pool spa,gym, and community center on site. Right out the front door is a movie theater, bowling alley, laser tag, and several shops, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance.
