11x13 bedroom with private (detached) bath in bright, mid-century home on quiet dead-end cul-de-sac. Bed can be removed if you have your own. Full access to kitchen, living areas and laundry. Two refrigerators and a small deep freeze in laundry room. Room for small home office in common area if needed. Room can be made in the basement for some additional storage if required. 1G WiFi and utilities included. No cats. Small dog considered if a meeting with my dog goes well. No smoking indoors. No partying. Month to month to start, first and last up front.

My name is Drew. I’m a fairly quiet person. I work a lot. I’m usually up pretty early and home by 5. I’m LGBTQ friendly. Liberal, atheist, west coast transplant. Prefer someone of a similar mindset. I keep to myself mostly but wouldn’t mind a roomie I can get along with. I have one large, low-maintenance dog. I travel out of town occasionally. As both of my house/dog sitters are female, I don’t think they would be terribly inclined to stay at my place with a roommate. As a result, I may rely on a roommate to dog sit while I’m away. On those occasions, I would consider negotiating a discount on the following month’s rent.
