Hi everyone! Looking for someone to take over our third roommate’s lease from 3/1 - 6/31 with the option to renew. Rent is $945 per month (utilities range anywhere from $80 - $200).

We live in a 3 bed 1 bath apartment in Newton Corner. We’re the bottom level of a split-level home (our upstairs neighbors are quiet and super friendly). The unit comes with an updated kitchen, large basement, in-unite washer/dryer, and free parking. Our landlord and maintenance guy are very responsive, and we have convenient access to the highway and express bus stop despite living on a quiet street. We’re about a 12 minute drive from the airport and 15 mins to downtown Boston.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t smoke and is clean and respectful of shared spaces. My roommate Katie (23 F) and I (29 F) both have hybrid work schedules and enjoy hiking and watching reality tv in our free time. We’re pretty quiet and keep to ourselves but do like to do things together on the weekends. We’re also huge pet lovers, so your furry friend is more than welcome!

We’re both originally from Northern California and are very easy-going and friendly. We both love dogs, the outdoors, reading, and exploring Boston and the surrounding area.
