Location is great if you’re military/contractor working on Mayport or if you just want to be near restaurants and shops in Atlantic beach. Strings Sports Bar will be opening their second location nearby this summer! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. House is fully furnished. You’d be in the master bedroom. Room comes with bathroom, sink, closet, dresser, night stands, and a King sized bed. I will be updating the ceiling fan prior to April 4th and am open to painting the room a more neutral color if you prefer. Ideally looking for a 12 month lease but open to shorter term.

You’d have one full-time roommate named Ryan. He is very clean, retired from the army and enjoys skydiving, working out, and trivia. Cliff, another retired army veteran periodically visits a couple times a year but his room is primarily vacant if you’d like to have guests visit and use that room.
