I am looking for a male roommate to share my 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment. This apartment is 950 square feet. The private guest bedroom and the private separate bathroom are available for rent. I am male and I live in the master bedroom with bathroom inside, and I will share the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio with the roommate.

The photos of the guest bedroom show the space, windows, closet, ceiling light and fan. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, a small fridge, a microwave, an office desk, a coffee table, chairs, a TV stand and bed-side tables and lights.

This apartment is inside “Sheridan Ocean Club Apartments” community on Sheridan Street in Dania Beach, FL. This is a peaceful and safe community with security gate, river, lake, pools and gym. It is at a very convenient location. I-95 highway, FLL airport, Hollywood Beach, West Lake Park, Walmart, Publix, Walgreens, banks and many restaurants are within 10 minutes driving distance.

The requirements for the roommate are that he needs to have a good credit score and a job with stable income, and he also needs to be drug free and have a very organized living habit to keep the apartment clean. Security deposit will also be required before moving in.
