This is a great nice and quite area that is safe and wonderful to live in Hi this is a room for rent person must 100% pass a criminal and eviction background check I don’t except criminal convictions or pass evictions also have a credit score of 600 or more with on time payments and no bankruptcies .Poof of income from a bank stub and from employment no email copy has to be paper. . this is a room for one person only there are no other roommates here I live alone. You have a private room and bathroom ,private refrigerator as well and access to kitchen ,keyless door entry with pin number. Rent includes cleaning of your room and bathrooms only ,once a week Rent is $800 plus $300 deposit and $39 for background check which is mandatory to move in no exceptions. If you would like to hold room till you get things in order there is $200 hold fee which will go towards rent when you move in .
