Quiet cul-de-sac road tucked away from noise. 30 minutes or less to Milford. 13x13 carpeted room with walk in closet. Laundry room and bathroom. This a downstairs part of a house. There is a huge rec room/living room which may or may not be shared. Honestly, the whole downstairs hasn’t been used in a year that’s why I’m trying to see if this is a fit for me. Only kitchen is on upstairs main floor.

I’m a 40 year old female and my toddler. That’s it. No pets. No smoking. I don’t care if you’re 420 friendly, but there is no smoking in the house period. Looking for 1 person. Someone quiet with a steady job.
