Centrally located, minutes from I-4, Winter Park village, Park Avenue, Rollins, Florida Hospital, Loch Haven park. You will share the townhouse with two mature ladies. Must like dogs, we have 2, (Sheltie / Yorkie). Rent includes all utilities and internet; premium tv streaming services such as Amazon, Netflix, and Apple TV. Must be able to prove income, Background check will be run. No smokers. Rent is $900/ month unfurnished; $950 furnished with $500 security deposit.

I’m an active, retired museum professional; other roomie is an occupational therapist. With our busy lives we consider our home our quiet sanctuary where we enjoy Tv and a glass of wine, playing cards, hanging out with my dogs.
