Looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease since he is moving out. The apartment complex is in Marietta, near the highway with a lot of stores around. It is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. All pets are welcome, I only have a ball python who stays in her tank at all times. You will be able to move in as soon as you can. Rent is around $900 a month including the bills. The lease ends in August. Your room would be the smaller bedroom.

It is just me living in the apartment. I recently graduated college. I work overnight 12-hour shifts so I usually sleep during the day. I’m generally quiet and do not usually have people over except for one or two friends occasionally.
