Private room. Prefer women only. Children is okay. No more than two. Since it is only one room. Have to be okay living with children. You will be renting a room where my family lives. Bathroom is shared only for baths. Common area shared. I work from home so I’m home everyday. Copy of ID required.

Room is NOT furnished. Month to month. More than 1 adult rent will increase. Late fees are 10$ after the 5th . If you have not made a payment by 8th of every month. The month to month lease will be terminated. And effective immediately! Which means you vacate immediately. A copy of this ad will be printed and will have to be signed. No in and out traffic. Be respectful . Since kids are in the home we will consult with EACH OTHER when we do decide to have company. No rules. Just be respectful . And clean after yourself.
