I’m a working professional who owns a 4-bedroom, 3-bath home that was built just 3 years ago. The neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. I am looking for just one roommate. I have 2 rooms available. One is furnished and one is not. They both come with their own private bath & walk-in shower. My house has wood floors throughout, with nearly every modern luxury, including a gourmet kitchen with two ovens, a Movie room, a laundry room, & a pool table. I also have a huge backyard. Small Dog, might be ok—$ 975 per month, including all utilities & high-speed internet. The City of Cross Roads is in Denton County, next to Little Elm, Frisco, & the City of Denton.

I live by myself with my 1 dogs. I like sports, movies, & dining out & spending time with friends and family.
