Bedroom has a queen bed and side tables but if you want a desk, you’ll have to help me build it or move it from the dining room. Walk in closet and another small closet. Currently occupied by only me so you have the share bathroom to yourself. I might decide to rent the 3rd bedroom out at some point.
Common rooms: dining room with desk, living room, den with desk and tv, eat in kitchen. The kitchen has a built in dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine and dryer located in basement. Large driveway and backyard with decking. Located near Rutgers and a lot of local shopping: Lidl, Walmart, etc. Farringdon Lake is a pleasant evening walk away. If you are energetic, you can walk into Milltown. Utilities not included.

I am a clean, respectful, quiet middle-aged professional. Not into partying or drugs. I like walking, fitness, gardening, cooking, and traveling. Only non smokers. No couples.
