Large & Quiet Rooms in the Most Luxurious Neighborhood of Brentwood (Almost Separate Unit) . This is SF Bay area, not LA area.

Almost separate unit in a single-family house is available for rent, in the most luxurious neighborhood of Brentwood. 3 private rooms and 1 bathroom on one side of this house are available. There are beautiful biking trails and parks in the neighborhood. It’s a very safe area. We hope to find professional workers or college students as roommates.

Note that all furniture and decorations in the photos and video are gone. It is the empty rooms that are being rented out individually. There are four options:

1. The largest room with a walking closet (about sixteen feet by sixteen feet): $1400

2. The large room with a walking closet (about fourteen feet by twelve feet): $1200

3. The large bonus room without a walking closet (about sixteen feet by eleven feet): $1000

4. In the super large living room with two large windows and backyard views, if you buy a sofa bed and freestanding room dividers, you can have your own space there: $600
