If you are looking for a safe, quiet and friendly place to stay while exploring the Pacific Northwest, look no further. Our house offers spacious rooms with updated amenities. Our home has 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 4 rooms with a view of Mt. Rainier, 4 rooms with a view of Puget Sound, 3 friendly cats and 1 air hockey/ping pong table. For 6 years we had hosted students from a variety of countries, but with after covid have decided to share our home with professionals. This has been a great opportunity to meet some new people from various walks of life.

We live in a very residential area that is great for taking walks in. There is a wooded trail a few blocks from our home that will take you to Dash Point State Park. It’s a beautiful 2 mile hike each way. We are a few blocks from Norpoint Center that has a full fitness gym, skate park, swimming pool and a variety of classes. A short drive will take to you to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. With my daughter living out of state, I’ll be the only one living in the house and am looking at renting 2 rooms out to fellow tenants.

• The smaller room (10x11) will be rented for $800 per month. This room has a full size bed, dresser and closet. This room is on the main floor and off of the living room and across from the half bath.
• The medium size room on the main floor (13x12) is $900 per month. This room is a very quiet and has a queen size bed, desk, dresser, and in room clothes rack.
• The largest room (18x13) is $1000 per month. It is upstairs next to the full bath that is shared with the other tenant. This room has a view of both Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. It has a queen size bed, desk, dresser, and in room clothes rack. All of the rooms include utilities, including WiFi and are fully furnished. We are not 420 friendly, no smoking, vaping, chewing tobacco and light drinking only. We’re not able to have any other animals. Best of luck in finding the right stay for you.

I live in the house full-time along with my 3 cats. There is currently 1 other tenant living here. We’re looking for one other person.
