I’m looking for 3 roommates (27+). Yes, three! I am / we are co-creating a safe space for QTPOC, neurodivergent folxs. BIPOC will be prioritized and welcomed in this home.

You’ll be sharing a home with me, Phenix, and 2 other folxs. You’d have 3 roommates. In the house, there will be 4 roommates total. Two folx will share a bathroom downstairs, and one with a private bathroom upstairs. All rooms are split evenly at $1400 + utilities/each. Utilities are approx. ~$120/ per person billed every two months.

March 1st move in!

Disclaimer:

Landlord does not allow pets 😞. This makes me sad too. Sorry! Couples are welcomed, but couples must be willing to occupy two rooms and pay a combined rent of $2800 together ($1400/ per person) + utilities.

The Room:

Room #3 - Attic room. Upstairs with access to the kitchen. This room has a slanted ceiling with sky lights and is equipped with an attached bathroom and closet and is very cozy.

Amenities:

✅ Renovated home equipped with dishwasher, heating, and washer + dryer.

✅ Garage with ample storage (bikes, items, etc.)

✅ Spacious kitchen and lots of pantry and fridge space

✅ Backyard & a beautiful view of the city

Location:

Inner sunset. Located a couple blocks from UCSF, Golden gate park, and the Cal Academy. Hands down the best neighborhood in sf. Our home is very accessible by transit the N, 7, 43, 6, & 44 are less than three blocks away. There is street parking available.
