Ohio Street

This is a 4 bedroom house, and you would have your own room with a large closet. There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house, and you could have the downstairs bathroom with a full shower/tub. I’m a teacher, so I’m gone from 7:30 to 3:30 each weekday. The 600 dollar rent includes all bills. It’s a quiet neighborhood in a central location in Lawrence. It really is a great house, and I would be responsible for mowing/fixing things.

I live alone with my cat, Jerry. She is 13 years old. A previous partner and I bought the house, and we aren’t together anymore. I’m an introvert, and I don’t stay up late. I like to read, play disc golf, go to the gym, and spend time with friends. I’m pretty chill.
